Mother Mary Milano, OP is currently the Executive Director of the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission, a social service agency in the executive branch of Government in Illinois. She also serves as rector of Saint Alban’s Episcopal Church in Chicago. She finds grace and challenges in the places where who we are in the world me
Mother Mary Milano, OP is currently the Executive Director of the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission, a social service agency in the executive branch of Government in Illinois. She also serves as rector of Saint Alban’s Episcopal Church in Chicago. She finds grace and challenges in the places where who we are in the world meet our deepest understandings of who we are as individuals and as a community. Her vocation unites the calls of a priest of the Episcopal Church, a preacher in the Dominican tradition, a lawyer and advocate for justice, and a poet and minstrel interpreting and proclaiming the word in the world.
